About the lavender essential oil
With more than 300 active ingredients and excellent skin tolerance, the lavender essential oil is the first oil of the family kit. Moreover, it also has great antiseptic and healing properties, and is now largely used in modern aromatherapy. Also in the symbolic language of flowers, lavender is associated with luck!
Country of origin: France (first world producer) and Mediterranean basin.
Perfume: Soft, sweet, stimulating and penetrating lavender perfume.

How to choose your lavender oil?
A good quality lavender oil should not have the color of the plant, or it is falsified! Avoid falsified Lavandin or clonal lavender, and for better quality, always purchase organic essential oils.
Main uses of the lavender essential oil
- Stress (especially for children): Insomnia, restlessness, irritability, anxiety. Can be used in association with Mandarin and Sweet orange essential oils.
- Skin problems: Scars, burns, abrasions, redness, sunburn, razor burn, acne, eczema.
- Pain: Muscle cramps, headache.
- Child care: otitis, lice
Recommended uses and precautions
True lavender is very versatile and can be used locally pure on the skin, including in young children but always after a skin test.
Avoid using too often and ensure proper dilutions, as some cases of hypersensitivity and dryness of skin have been reported in masseurs who frequently use lavender.
Also caution during pregnancy.
No oral interest.

Purulent acne (infected)
1 drop of lavender essential oil (+ 1 drop of noble Laurier) in application on acne spots 3 times per day.
1 drop of lavender essential oil (+ 1 drop of Tea-tree) in a glass with half a teaspoon of salt, fill with warm water and use as a gargle. Do not swallow.
25 drops of lavender essential oil (+ 50 drops of Grapefruit essential oil). Massages of the muscles. Do not expose yourself to sunlight.
Moths repellent and good smell for linen
4 drop of lavender essential oil on a cotton or piece of wood in the wardrobe.
10 drops of lavender essential oil (+ 3 drops of noble Chamomile + 1 drop of Neroli) in 10 ml of almond oil. You can also add 1 or 2 drops on the solar plexus in the evening at bedtime and massage.
2 to 3 drops of lavender essential oil in a teaspoon of almond oil. Massage the forehead temples.
Lavender officinale and Lavender aspic are the only essential oils that can theoretically be used safely in the ear canal, diluted in a greasy vegetable oil (hazelnut, castor). 2 drops on cotton and introduce at the beginning of the ear canal. Do not pour pure or diluted directly into the ear without knowing the condition of the ear canal!
Stress – Nervousness
20 drops in 2 spoons of Vegetable oil; Pour into a warm bath. Relax 20 minutes.
Stress, trouble sleeping child, anxiety
1 or 2 drops in massage on the solar plexus and the wrists
10 Drops in the hair or in base shampoo.
